Your right of review
In some circumstances costs or claims may not be accepted by the MAIB. If this is the case, you may refer the matter to the Tasmanian Civil & Administrative Tribunal.
If we do not accept your claim and you disagree with our decision you can refer your claim to the Tasmanian Civil & Administrative Tribunal for an independent review. Your referral is required to be made within 14 days of receiving notice of our decision.
