We have sent you a copy of the submitted form by email for your records.

**Do you also need to make a claim?**

If you were injured in, and/or received medical treatment due to a motor accident, you can lodge a claim with us by completing our [online lodgement form](https://maib.tas.gov.au/lodgeclaim).

We pay for a range of [treatment and support services](https://maib.tas.gov.au/what-we-cover) for eligible people who have been injured regardless of fault.
