We work closely with the treatment and service providers who support our claimants following their motor accident.
Community involvement
MAIB is committed to reducing road trauma across Tasmania through targeted safety programs and strong community partnerships.
If you are starting treatment again after a break of more than six months, we suggest you contact us first to make sure that the MAIB can still pay for your treatment.
In some circumstances costs or claims may not be accepted by the MAIB. If this is the case, you may refer the matter to the Tasmanian Civil & Administrative Tribunal.
